2024: My Journey of Growth and Societal Impact

Biggest Wins and Pride

When New Nordics AI Week drew together amazing minds across Baltics and Nordics, it showed me what persistence can achieve. Getting invited to major tech roundtables and leading enterprise AMAs validated my growing impact in the space. These moments, alongside deep friendships that celebrated my growth, made 2024 special.

Facing Challenges Head-On

The journey wasn't smooth - from struggling with event sponsorships to navigating complex relationships. November and December brought confusion about direction, but these challenges taught me about resilience. Sometimes, the best path is through the storm, not around it.

Knowledge Expansion

Dove deep into diverse areas - from DAO research to EU regulations, from AI experiments to AdTech ecosystems. This learning opened doors to thought leadership and new startup opportunities.

Community Impact

Successfully orchestrated 19 events during New Nordics AI Week, uniting organizations across Baltic and Nordic regions. Leading regular AI meetups helped build a stronger AI ecosystem, while the deep tech study trip to Sweden opened new horizons.

Looking Forward to 2025

My focus is shifting to:

• Building strong teams for my ventures
• Making time for personal growth goals
